David Houghton is Partner & Co-Founder of Prometheus Talent Partners with over 25 years of experience across executive search, recruitment leadership, and HR. His background spans agency recruitment, retained search, in-house talent leadership, and HR consulting, including serving as the HR lead on large-scale systems and cloud implementations such as Workday, SuccessFactors, and SAP. David has recruited across all levels—from corporate IT and finance to highly technical and engineering roles—across the US, UK, Canada, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania.
